Jackie’s Home was named in honor of Jackie Swann, a woman whose life was a living testament of compassion, strength, and faith in action. Jackie dedicated her life to helping women rise above their pain, reclaim their dignity, and discover their God-given purpose. She didn’t just talk about empowerment—she lived it.
Whether it was working extra hours to financially support women escaping abuse or spending her evenings mentoring those caught in the grip of the sex trade, Jackie’s love was tangible. She poured her heart into restoring others—offering not judgment, but grace, guidance, and hope.
To so many, she was more than a friend—she was a spiritual mentor, a safe place, and a reminder that no woman is beyond redemption.
Jackie’s Home continues her legacy—creating a sanctuary where women can heal, rebuild, and believe again. Every act of kindness, every story of transformation, every woman who finds freedom here is a continuation of the work Jackie began. Her light lives on in every restored life that walks through our doors.
Our impact & success stories
Since opening our doors, Jackie’s Home has become a place where transformation is happening every day. We are now onboarding our 3rd cohort of women, each walking a personal journey from survival to self-sufficiency. Through our structured programs and community partnerships, our residents have achieved incredible milestones:
• Paid down personal debt and learned healthy financial habits through the Stand By Me financial empowerment program.
• Gained emotional intelligence and healing, learning how to identify triggers, manage emotions, and build healthier relationships.
• Secured vital identification and medical documents, giving them access to healthcare, employment, and independence.
• Rebuilt confidence through life-skills workshops and counseling that focus on practical living, emotional wellness, and spiritual growth.
